Waiting on Wednesday

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly feature hosted by Breaking the Spine, focusing on unreleased books we are excited for! This week I picked:

The Vault of Dreamers by Caragh O’Brien

From the author of the Birthmarked trilogy comes a fast-paced, psychologically thrilling novel about what happens when your dreams are not your own.
The Forge School is the most prestigious arts school in the country. The secret to its success:  every moment of the students’ lives is televised as part of the insanely popular Forge Show, and the students’ schedule includes twelve hours of induced sleep meant to enhance creativity. But when first year student Rosie Sinclair skips her sleeping pill, she discovers there is something off about Forge. In fact, she suspects that there are sinister things going on deep below the reaches of the cameras in the school. What’s worse is, she starts to notice that the edges of her consciousness do not feel quite right. And soon, she unearths the ghastly secret that the Forge School is hiding—and what it truly means to dream there.

Publication date: September 16th 2014 by Roaring Brook Press

I really adored the Birthmarked-series by Caragh O’Brien which is why I just can’t wait to read her new series! Truth is, The Vault of Dreamers is probably one my most anticipated book releases this year.

What did you pick for this week? Let me know in the comments or send me the links to your own post!

  1. Thanks so much for following my blog. I follow you too now. And great pick. It’s on my list as well!

    1. Haha, you know I was really excited when I found out you’d be moving to WordPress. I actually wanted to leave a comment on the post (on your current reviewing problem) on your other blog, but then I was just too lazy to do so. 😀 Anyway, I hope you’ll enjoy reading the same as before now!
And I know right? I’d buy all books from the author although I didn’t hear too great things about The Vault of Dreamers…hope we both will enjoy it though!

speak your mind!
